I just ordered the INGS +1 Body kit without the trunk spoiler. I got the Front, side and bumper bottom spoiler. The people whom I ordered from didn't have the replica of the trunk spoiler. I did a little search and the site's I've found have had the price which is as much as what the actual thing coast. So I was wondering if you guys would show me a few sites that you've got yours from. I'd appreciate it.

i have it, never opened cause I decided against using the whole kit. if you want it im selling at a loss. its never been opened. asking $140 shipped.

 

^^^ Man I just bougt the same thing from that guy He had another one for buy it now! Is it that bad of a fitment that you don't want it? I hope I can actually use this, this guy's ratings are not too attractive.

i have no idea if the fittment is bad or not. its amazing, people dont read on this site. i posted on forsale forum. i specifically stated that i had not even opened the packaging yet people kept asking how the fittment was. i was like, i have no friggin idea, did you not read!?!?! i have yet to even open it!!!! how the hell am i suppose to know how this particular spoiler fits if i have yet to open the damn thing?!!?!?!?!? ugh. i just had to let that out. anyways, ive seen pics of this spoiler from a member who bought it. looked great on his car. the bottom edge of his spoiler didnt quite meet the lower lip of his hatch like the genuine spoiler does. looked good, but a little off. its either a bad install or needs a little work to get it to fit like its suppose to. that guy has been selling those spoilers for a long time.

 

^^^ Yeah it's all good. But 60 dollars on my loss I guess. Where the hell did you post it??? I searched all over the damn fourm before hitting the E-bay route typing all sorts of Ings +1 spoiler, INGS SPOILER, INGS+1 FOR sell. Nothing came up!Things came up but not the ones I was looking for.

Oh and I hope you are are right about the fitment. I could live with a few gaps here and there because people on the street don't really know how it should look like so the big picture does it for them. But I just hope I don't get something to crazy.

 

just make sure you take it to a good body shop. im sure if the fittment if off, its not off by a lot. they might charge you an hour or two more to make it fit right but your still saving $$ as opposed to buying a genuine spoiler. i just couldnt get myself to spend almost $800 just a for a friggin spoiler.

 

would you disclose where you got the rest of the body kit from? Im intersted in this kit also, so just curious on the price of this replica. thanks

 

^^ I got my INGS +1 Kit from an sponser on the forum AutoMotiveMods (www.TheModcity.com) Great guys, worked down the price for me a little bit just too hook up a enthusiast. Havn't recieved it but was promised it would ship this upcoming monday. I got my kit for $1150.00 This one is made out of Polyurethane which is apparently a bit stronger and better quality in the aftermarket world. It's like the best of the aftermarkets pretty much as I've been told!

But if you don't care and you have choosen the replica route anyway and you looking to save another 400 bucks you can go the fiber glass version ordering it from these guys for $749.

Also look into spending a clean 1K on the instal max $50 difference here and there. So it is pretty expensive even if you go the fiber glass route.

 

Come on guys $200, you get what you pay for!! I can almost guarantee the quality is going to stink and the fitment will be worse plus its fiberglass you want the urethane.

 

Man the spoiler is ridiculously expensive compared to the whole kit. It comes to almost 700 with shipping and such fees. I can add another 400 to it and buy another kit lol.

I don't know, as long as it fits i'll be happy. 3 years a go I bought my accord a spoiler from Ebay and it has been working fine knock on wood. It's fiber glass too. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

 

Yeah true that. I guess right now, it's all in the hands of a good body shop. Nothing I can do so we'll see how they manage.

 

i bought one from directparts for you...you get what you pay for ...the spolier had a ton of waves in it ..and after alot of work still is not perfect

Im sure the real ings spoiler and kit have perfect fitment...you get what you pay for and thats the lesson i learned....you buy a 100 dollar spoiler...you get 100 dollars worth of spoiler....dont get me wrong after all the work the spoiler looks good but i also think the body shop fd me over on the work...
