just my opinion...but those things are ugly as hell! why would you ever put those in your car! more importantly...they would be worse for your neck if you were to get in an accident!
first of all, i am a tall guy, so it doesnt touch my neck. second, those headrest dont tilt, which also solve gives me cushion while driving. sometimes, things look nice dont mean they work great.
