Default Autopower/Kirk Roll bar...

I have been looking at roll bars for a long time now, but no pictures of the autopower rollbar on this forum seem to come up for me. As for the Kirk roll bar, I have heard alot about clearance issues with drivers seat movement range (i'm 6'3" so I need the seat to at least the 2nd to last notch). But their website has newer pictures and it looks like it could go back further now, not sure if they redesigned it at all or its just weird in the picture...http://www.kirkracing.com/index.cfm?...Yes&PhotoID=65

So anybody with some input/pictures of these two rollbars would be awesome.

I have seen the Kirk in person and there is defeinetly limited passenger room. Not sure if they redesigned it or not.

The autopower looks great but, it only comes in a weld in kit and not bolt in. I am in the same dilema, so I'm probably gonna have to go custom.

The autopower does come in a bolt in kit. Check out livermoreperformance.com they've got all sorts of autopower roll cages and bars.

From their websight:

Nissan 350Z 04 + 61174 (W) 60174 (W) 52172 (W) 83172 (W)

Those are the kits, the "W" stands for weld in kits. No bolt in's offered.

here is the link to his thread..

https://my350z.com/forum/exterior-and-interior/158679-autopower-roll-cage-pics.html

I had seen this thread earlier, but the pictures that he talks about aren't showing up for me. Does it work for you? I remember posting in there last year, but I can't remember how everything looked.

I found this link with 3 pictures of the autopower cage installed ... http://www.ioportracing.com/rbc/350Z/index.htm ... but I still can't find any info/pictures of just the bar (weld-in or bolt in). My main concern is driver seat clearance and having the cross-bar for harness wrapping.

bump for anymore info/pics on the Autometer rollbar. I have the pics of the full cage, but more bar info would be helpful since there are technically 3 different bars available.

I like that Autopower one, but it would interfere with my A-pillar guages. I dont think any of the roll bars/cages available are NHRA legal...anybody know for sure?

wow thanks for all the pictures aalzuhair. Is the second bar the autopower bar or custom??

I really like the autopower cage as well, but I don't want the weight associated with a full cage, I just want a 4-point bar for added safety plus a place to mount my harnesses...and as far as I know, noone makes a production NHRA legal cage, but thats not what I'm going for.

You can get the autopower roll bar only and not the entire cage. You just have to get the main hoop welded in.

I think the last set of pics is the Autopower bar.

I’m pretty sure that the blue one is a kirk cage, but I’m not sure about the other ones.
