Wow! This is wierd! I had never heard of this phenomenon before with '06 headlights on 03-05 models.

no, i think i have no illuminated indicator because i put silver vision indicator globes in which are single filament!!!

the exact same globe i had in my 05 Halogen headlight

im really not wanting to make the parking lights inoperative so if anything ill get a while buld. do they make the dual filaments where the flasher blinks amber but the light thats always on is white?

The amber LEDs are powered separately (same circuit as the parking light) and theoretically, should not be affected if the correct wire feeding the dual filament is clipped.

I tackled this a couple weeks ago. I have installed the white/ amber leds. Look great! I'll take pictures tonight.
