Not the way I would treat a customer, but thats just me I guess.
But just as an FYI, it impossible for you to have EVERY possible selection and what it will look like on the customers car. Just because you have that shade in your parking lot doesn't mean that shade will look like that on their car. Size of the glass on the car, interior color, glass manufacturer, etc. ALL cause variances in the look. So to say "there's 35% on my Z" doesn't mean that the same 35% is going to look like that on their car. In fact it probably wont uless they have the same make, model, year, and interior on their car.
