Here is an example of how you should NOT install the diffuser..
this is the G35c variant... on a G35 widebody... the car currently has stock exhaust, which forced the installer of the body kit to make brackets to lower the piece to clear the piping.. unfornately it is the LOWEST point of the underbody.. well here are the picts:







you can see from this pict, it's crooked:


and slightly sagging.. there was a crack in the fiberglass that is reinforcing the carbon, the whole piece is flimsy.. the rear lip of the diffuser is supposed to be attached to the rear bumper, but it instead is held on by dual brackets with no X bracing. only the side pieces are the 'hard' attachment points..



this is how it's supposed to look (minus the extreme contrast that i did so you could see it):

No it came in 2 days ago and I'm shooting for this sat. to fit it then I'll take your advise and get some extra glass laid inside for strength. For now though I just stare at it in my office. Should be on the following sat, I'll post pics. then.
