Default Spray tint on tails?

has anyone used this on their Z?

i used it on my last car and it held up very good until u saw stress marks in it from the sun beating on them for a long period of time...then i had to clear them some more

i used spray tint and clear coat when i did it...

i want to do my stock lights this way i can switch off from my J Spec tails and tinted tails....

or should i just get the other tint that everyone uses

Body shop quoted me $130 to do this job for the taillights and rear turn signal housing. I know it's steep and there are tutorials for doing this yourself, but I don't want to go buy a buffer to do this the right way.

It's not difficult to do at all. Sand them, paint them, buff them. You don't really need a power buffer to do it. If you decide you must have the power buffer one can be purchased at Home Depot for $25, alot less than the 125 you'd be spending, plus then you have the power buffer for easy waxing in the future.

VHT nightshades and clear coat if you want to paint em yourself... ive done it on previous cars and it comes out great.

Bat's overlays are the other thing I would suggest. Good product and good guy.
