I noticed the front headlights have a gap at the bottem of them, one more then the other, is there a way to make my light go forward? or fix the bumper? even though the bumper is flush where its connected to the side panels, so im not sure why theres a gap
Have to see a pic --but I take front ends and headlites apart all the time. Is it possible that the bumper could be pulled back to close the gap ?--Its really just a question of taking everything apart and shimming/bending brackets etc til u get a good fit ---Takes a little time. On mine I had to shim the rear of the lights to make them even with the fender.
Anytime u have a really light weight car ur going to have to play with it because all the bracketing etc is bare minimum. Hate to say ---But use ur imagination
I haven't noticed the bumper and the spacing that you guys mentioned, but my car's lights when shined on the road are crooked. The right beam goes higher and longer just a little more than the left. Does anyone else see the same?
Okay ill try to adjust them, if that doesnt work how hard is it to remove and put the bumper back? never done one before
Little time comsuming but no big deal---Raise the car, Take off the wheels, Remove the Inner front wheel wells (Plastic) Drop the front of the plastic cover underneath the car, Pop out the retaining Buttons that are just under the hood that hold the top of the bumper, There are 2 screws on each side that attach the bumper to the fender---Take them out, then 2 more farther inboard---They will be obvious. Then there are about 4 screws holding the headlites in.
