I've seen a celica headliner in all CF. You should look into doing that!

Its not that hard to remove the headliner. Take out the clips on both sun visors. Then you need to take out 4 screws under the clips. The clip that holds the headliner on the inside, all you have to do is turn it. Then there are 4 clips on the back. Use a screw driver and pop them out. Then pop out the front and rear plastic pieces. Then the headliner will come out. I did it in less then an hour. Changed my headliner to all black. Looks good!

Default Suede Headliner

Took mine out to recover it in black Alcantara suede...cost me $25 for 2 yards...(Prestige Upholstery 212-997-3900) $24 for (2) cans of 3M adhesive #90(HomeDepot in the paint section)...$14 for Duplicolor fabric paint(Pepboys) to change the visor color from light gray to black. I also did the pillars in suede. I will put everything back in tomorrow, just want to let it sit out over night to make sure I dont get any smell from the adhesive or fabric paint inside the car....Thanks to ESPO744 for posting his install witch got me started. If any of you local guys want to get it done but dont want to do it your self shot him a pm and he'll give you a good price to do it....my local shop quoted me $750 to do it.Any flaws...yep but only I know where their at......

so its that easy? hmm. so the OEM headliner, are you guys removing and it and placing suede on roof, or removing oem headliner, appling the suede to it, and then reassembling?

Default suede headliner

Pull the OEM material off the headliner and replace it with the suede material. Wear long sleeves and gloves...The fiberglass itches like hell..!!
