looks like the rear bumper, maybe the fender is outta whack... bad. I think more than likely your car was in an accident.... i would run a carfax on it asap.

This is funny because I had a bone to pick with Car and Driver....They wrote that the Z rear was widened to fit the new 265/19 wheels on the 06's...I looked at both mine and an 06 and couldnt tell the difference either...Maybe someone is confusing that misinformation and applying it to your 03...Nice car btw...
