I have an '03 base I bought used and it does not have heated seats. Had I bought the car new I would have gotten heated seats (and a few other things) but I got a great deal so who can complain.

Anyway, I wanted to add heated seats to my car. I found these and thought they would work well:

Anyone install any or have some put in by a third party? I think they would be pretty easy and I would be able to wire them to the switched 12volt power supply for the cigarette lighter. Let me know what you think

 

I have an 04 base and added leather and heat.
I bought the leather and heating elements from katskins (sp?)
Installed them myself and ran the power directly to the fuse box.
I think i paid around 1k for both..7 on a scale of 1 to 10. Lotsa work getting the leather on and the hogrings into place...

 

I believe there is a hogring tool, I wish I had that when I redid my car.
