Ok, so i am finally going to get my headlights done. I have a 05 Super Black Z and i am looking to do one of the 2 following things and i need to know what you guys think looks better.

A) Being i paint the entire top part of the headlight black as shown above and have it color matched to OEM paint

B) Being i paint only the outside parts of the headlight and color match it to my OEM paint....which basically means NOT painting the blinker background shown in the pictures below.

What do you guys think? I can't decide which i like better. Keep in mind i am going for an all black look (painted emblems, door handle, with my Time Attack TE's.)

B for sure. I got an SB 04.5 and plan to do the same thing soon.

 

My vote is for A (and no it's not because that guy also did my headlights...lol). My old set looked exactly like that one except I also had the orange strip tinted. Like I said on your PM, I'll post pics as soon as I get back home. Oh...and to answer your question, they were damaged cause someone backed up into my car.

A. I plan on doing it that way eventually whether its my current 03's or if i buy 06's. I'd love to get 06's but $$$ is an issue right now.
