Default 05 non -> 06 hid

Recently I've been down on the dumps for my Z. Then I realized what was bothering me. The mod bug was biting so I got a few which included new 06 headlights. Holy BLEEP, these light up the road way better than retro-hid base 05s! Made my own harness as well so I didn't have to cut off the stock harness clips. Check out my new koukies. Look the blinkers don't stay on and everything works!

Congratulations on doing it yourself. Now if more people would try new things out and not be scared we would see some neat mods.

very interesting in performing this mod. Do you mind writting up a short DIY tutorial? I know alot of ppl will also appreciate it. I would also like to ask how you wired the non-hid 05 plug to the 06 hid plug. Also did you have to change any fuses?

No fuse changes, I'll post a diagram soon. Not much time to do a write up as I barely had any time away from work to do the swap.
