Unless u have an 06 and its different ???? There are 2 plugs as clear as the nose on ur face. Take them out. The handle has a lip that kinda locks it in place, just play with it til it becomes free. On both sides, there is a clip that swings away and allows the rod to be removed. The drivers side has an extra rod for the lock and it has to be inserted in its lever when u put it back in. Use a flashlite to see whats going on in there. Little tricky to line it up. The lock can be removed for painting with 1 screw.

damn was hella easy everyones right just to bolts and thats it well drive side had 2 then when you try to take handle out theres aother bolt holding the lock in place which was kinda a pain for re-install but got it, looks sick, painted my self, sanded with 600 grit, primed with rust-oleum then painted car is black with 5% tint all the way around tail lights tinted heads tinted black handles now, now all i need is some black rims with polished lip, oh n front bumper lenses are clear didnt go black with those and reverse are clear, i will get pix up as soon as rain stops so i can wah car then take pictures, but yea painted my own for $10 **** paying big bucks for a shop to do it
