ive got a chrome silver Z and jus ordered clear side markers..what color lights should i get? blue/super whites? and where can i get them?

I vote for amber too, same reason as VQ said.

also it keeps you legal.

if you happen to fall into the category VQ mentioned, then white is the lesser of 2 evils, blue lights have no place on a silver car IMO....

Are you talking about the REAL side markers? and not the front reflectors?

If you really do mean side markers, and want them to be always on then definitely get a white led cluster

If you are using as turn signals then get amber led clusters.

Either way, make sure you get water clear led clusters so they will be clear when not operating.

I am looking for clear front side markers with led and found clearcorners.com. BUT they are $200 way too expensive for two pieces of plastic.. If your into doing it yourself i found where they get there LED's, or at least one distributor.. Let me know what the turnout is. By the way if you do find clear side markers with LED let me know.... And if you do do it on your own let me know if it was difficult... GOOD LUCK

I had offered to make a pair like those for like 60$, but Im sure people would rather see me actually make a set work. so this weekend expect pics of a stock amber set with 15 clear LEDs each side just as clearcorners has.

Ill sell em off hopefully, I realize people would typicly rather clear or smoked, but Im willing to put up the cash for the LEDS on the first pair(gonna be like 20-25$ in parts) but Im not putting out cash for a set of reflectors as well.

the tester pair might come at quite a discount, just enough to recoupe the cost of materials. if your interested in that set sight unseen, give me a PM and youll have first dibs once their completed for like 30$, if you decide you dont want em once you see em, thats fine too. itd just be nice that someone would be interested in a set identical to clear corners if I make them.
