just thought i see what people thought of this new stillen hood compared to the older one. too rice maybe?

I would just look around and see what you like. There are quite a bit of different options.

It is important to do what you like and not what everyone else thinks.

For what it is worth, I like it and if you are going to go supercharger, I think it is a good choice.

Same here. Whether it looks like the hood of a Camaro SS or not, it's a definite improvement.
Plus.....it looks much better than the hood on the '07 Z. The '07 Z hood looks like a cross between the current Stillen hood and a Dodge Ram IMO. Stillen may sell quite a few of these to replace the stock '07 hoods if everything will fit beneath it properly.

Since a Stillen S/C forces you to get a new hood, I guess going with this one would definitely be unique. Not sure I'd want it, good or bad it's definitely an eye-catcher.

 

Not my cup of tea. Have you checked on Seibon CF hoods? They look far more superior than the Stillen hood with pretty good fitment.

 

yea i already have the s\c. but the paint on my firstgen stillen is chipped all over the place, and i want a black hood on my redline. by time i have the work done at a body shop i'm thinking i should prob just buy a new hood. so i was looking at this one.

will stillen super charger fit under that hood?
i couldn't find any other info on this hood on stillen's site ..
