Default Rear bumper fold for single exit exhaust

Yes ladies and germs, I did this mod also and its soooo worth it. The single exhaust guys definitely need to do this mod, it looks too good. Next on my list are gt spec parts and a rear diff cover with the cooler fins.

Here are the pics...

I agree dual looks better and cleaner, but if you want to save weight and get a sweet exhaust tone, single is the way to go. I miss my greddy evo2's, this thing is uber loud.

I like it a lot, you would be able to see my blue SPL diff mounts.

Did you just cut out the center of the stock bumper? If so, what did you use?

This is nice! Could you give us a step by step instructions on how to modify your bumper like in the pic? I have HKS setup, and would love to have the same look . Thanks..

Did you put the screws through the actual bumper?

Most people use the tabs on the bottom of the bumper that is attached to the rear bumper support. Mine unfortunately was seperated from the tabs because my stock muffler broke it off.

I actually drilled through the rear bumper and onto the rear bumper support for this look. I used 4 self tapping screws which take a while to go through the bumper support.

I like it, great job. The empty exhaust port was my whole argument against single exhausts, so now I guess I dont have one lol
