TAIL LIGHT WIRING CONNECTION BETWEEN BULB AND NEW AFTER MARKET LED's
I have recently bought new Depo tail lights to replace my 2003 stock rear lights. I was hoping someone could tell me if I need to get new connectors for the wiring. Once I removed the bulb connection, it seemed like the new LED lights would connect straight in.
Pic 1 is the stock connection (female - with pins inserting into the circled holes) and pic 2 is the LED connection from the tail light housing. There seems to be 3 pins (male) for the stock bulb but on my Depo lights there are 4 pins (male). Pic 3 is just a side on view of pic 2. Do I need a new connection or can I work with these and move those pins to fit into the female connections? I've looked at the manual and that doesn't help. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.
