if you mean the S-tune GT kit. no you cant buy it

there is a replica sort of based off of it.

that is the v3 kit and it is not available at all

i would say it would be possible to aquire the parts maybe in 6 months or so by importing from a place like japanparts.com but i imagine it would easily be $4-5K

look at the toureen bodykit, its very similar for the front and looks way better in the rear.
