Mine does. When the weather gets better I need to seal it better, with some silicon window caulking. In my case, I think it's actually my wiper plug leaking.

Some of the water gets pooled up on the plastic interior panel and the rest is in the hatch. First time I noticed this was when I opened the hatch and a ton of water went running all over the right rear speaker housing.

Awesome.

Try uninstalling your spoiler, inserting some donut gaskets sandwiched with spacers and reinstalling. I did this on my Pontiac spoiler from the factory and it worked.

^ I'd recommend it to prevent water getting in.

charlie, that's actually good idea. I patched the underside with the waterproof puddy thingy and that didn't work really well.

If you don't want it permanent, use double sided tape. My veilside had perfect fitment, so it didn't have issues with the tape. If you have a replica and it's slightly misaligned, the edges might come off.
