And what a stupid statement is that
There are diffrent ways to set up a harness
1.use eye bolts
2.use roll bar,roll cage

and so you know there is only one way to install a harness bar, and that is the right way.

a couple years ago i restored an old bronco, someone actually built a rollcage out of pvc pipe covered in rollbar padding! just when you think you've heard it all...

Now i am not saying this is as strong as a welded cage, but it is by no means a slouch. I plan on having the cage welded anyways so it really doesn't matter

If you are serious enough to need a cage, then you should know that you need welded DOM. If its just for a show car or a place to mount harnesses on a street car (why you'd need harnesses on a street car I dont know, but regardless) then the cusco will suffice.

FWIW if your looking for a bolt-in cage/rollbar to strap your harnesses to, the Cusco is definitely not the most ideal choice as it does not have a built in harness bar. If you are not planning on running harnesses then it will be perfectly fine for a street/show car.
If running a harness(es) is part of your plan than the Kirk or Autopower Rollbars might be a better alternative.
