I saw a Z parked next to mine a while back with the same part on it, but can someone tell me what that is on the front lip with the two silver bar brackets? what is it used for? who manufactures it?

The APR splitter in the pic in the first post is a Custom job I just checked with APR today for my Airwalker kit, Since that is the Do Luck kit it is different then the one at Intense Power. THe one from Intense is for the stock bumper. The custom job is $320 plus shipping... If anyone needs any of that info.
