Basically I am looking for a suble yet unique wing similar to that of the vertex...but with a personal touch that flows perfectly with the lines of our coupes....i have 8+ years of professional fiberglass experience and plan on making the wing mount via the factory holes.....but i need your help....does anybody have an extra oem coupe spoiler they can part with?
I am also seeking a celica wing for some parts.....if anyone has either of these and is willing to donate them please pm me.....whoever donates the parts i need will get a free custom fiberglass spoiler as a thank you.....pm me if interested....i will only make 3 of these...one for me and one for the people who supply the parts.....and trust me...it will be hot

yeah dude.....i promise it will be hot as hell.....i'll photoshop my idea tomorrow and post it....also the condition of these parts is makes no difference...i am only going to use them as a mold...btw GTNPU i am digging the blacked out 06 headlights....that is my next mod after i finish the custom wing

Well, I have an OEM Toyota Celica spoiler that is just in my garage from my 2000 Celica. Is this the one you are looking for or the TRD one? Cause the TRD Spoiler is on the Celica and its only coming off if i get paid for it. I'm interested in donating the spoiler if I can see a photoshop of it. thanks

 

Hey Noah, what else have you fiberglassed before? I'm trying to find someone that can make a roof spoiler like stillens.

btw i have an oem spoiler ive been thinking of getting rid of, but its been raining here so im gonna wait to take it off. i'd be glad to donate it though, PM me.

mass production aint gonna happen.....i have fiberglassed everything from boat and body repair to professional car audio systems (including some celebrites).....the pics will be up shortly and I could probably have the original design mocked-up and mounted w/in two weeks of receiving the parts....if there is enough demand I will certainly go ahead and source a manufactuer for everyone but in no way am I gonna make em in my garage for the rest of my life.....

I've seen the celica spoiler mounted on a Z before...and it did look good. I was shocked to find out it was a celica spoiler.

 

Alright, That is the exact spoiler that I have. It is painted Liquid Silver Toyota paint code 1D0 if that matters. Once I see what this new spoiler is going to look like and I can be assured that I will be receiving one then I will donate this spoiler. Keep me posted.

 

i can assure you will get one.....and i will post the pics up this weekend....the paint would be perfect if I was just mounting it on my car but being i'm going to chop it up and use the ends as a template it doesn't make a difference.....

 

Alright well here's the deal. I am at college and the spoiler is at my house which is like 2 hours away. So once you post pics I'll call my parents and have them pack it up and ship it to you. I'll pay the postage for shipping it to you and you can pay the postage for sending me the Z spoiler. Sound cool? I am just interested in seeing exactly what this new spoiler is going to look like before I completely comitt to doing this.

dude no offense but that spoiler is nothing like what I am building...the reason I want the celica spoiler is because of the fact that for me to cut off the existing ends, modify them and make a mold is just that much easier for me to do than try to make a perfectly symmetrical spoiler by hand.....now if I had one of those 3-D foam printers I would actually print a model, make a mold and charge people for them! Photoshop will be up tomorrow hopefully....the internet in my house is down as of last night and knowing Time Warner it could take them a week to get it up and running again!
