Nismo V2 owners(Authentic/Replica), did you install the intake duck?
Just bought a used Shine Auto Nismo V2 replica off a member last week.
The bumper came with the intake duct, and I was wondering how many
of you fellow V2 owners have the intake duct installed?
I will be installing the bumper next week, and I'm a bit paranoid that
my bodyshop won't install the intake duct right..
Will not having the intake duct make a notable difference?
I would like to hear the decisions you've made regards the intake duct on your own V2.

Do you have a pics of cut-off shock absorber by any chance?

found a pic
(sorry had to do it!, my dog has a toy duck so i couldnt resist)
but seriously
that shock absorber is just like a hard styrofoam type material. i cut/sawed mine off with a kitchen knife. you only need to remove like a foot of it. i guess some people just take that piece out all the way. but i just cut out enough to make the duct fit
only pic i have of the area. the shock absorber material is completely removed in this pic
the bodyshop really cant install it wrong because it sites flush against the headlight so that tells you right where to line it up at

That pic of the "intake duck" made this whole thread worth it!
Well, that and the very informative posts and, of course, the picture of the actual duct. Never seen it before. Thanks.
