Default Nismo Spoiler With Stock Rims???

I was wondering what you guys thought about getting a NISMO Rear Wing type spoiler or even a copy of it alot of guys on here run. It is identical to Dubai's in the Super Black 350z thread. Only problem is that the car will be sitting outside and I really dont want to leave a nicer set of rims on it when I am not their for 3 weeks out of the month. Would it look like crap if I just left the stock 2003 18 inch rims on it and got the wing.. Or is this a really stupid idea????

Does any one have pics of this combo???

I don't know but for me, the order of cosmetic mods is wheels, suspension, maybe bbk, spoiler, body kit. If you do it backwards, it won't look right imo. If you are going to leave your car outside, I wouldn't not recommend getting any cosmetic mods cause your car WILL get dirty and pooped on.

I have exactly the setup you are talking about. Nismo spoiler with stock 17" rims. I get nothing but compliments, even from other Z drivers I encounter. The spoiler was a gift from my wife right after I bought the car. I plan on getting rims this summer. I think the Z looks better with an aftermarket spoiler, stock rims or not.

Nothing wrong w/ getting the spoiler first. The correct order of mods foy you is based on your financial means and personal preference. Do what you like.

I have the same combo, 05 18 inch stock rims w/ Nismo Wing. I think it looks great.

How can you tell the difference between JDM nismo wing and USDM nismo wing?
