Default White Sidemarker Installation

hey i am thinking about buying the clear sidemarkers for my car.
Are they hard to install. How do u take the old ones off.Do they just pop off and if so do you do that from under the car.
Thanks for your help.

Also if i got the ones that light up is there alot of wiring and is installation hard.
Thanks much

on drivers side you can install them by removing the wheel wells, they come off with 2 screws and 3 rivets. then the reflectors are held in by 2 screws from behind. thats easy.

on passenger side you have to pull the bumper away partially because the windsheild washer fluid is in the way. this gets a little more involved, but still just involves removing some screws and rivets from both under and above. as for wiring, its a simple 2 wire hookup, you just have to locate and tap into lines that are already there. not too difficult.

Im 99% sure that if you buy lighted ones whoever made them will give you very detailed directions with them. as for just buying and installing, there are guides on here, by skidazzle I think about "bumper removal" a search should turn it up.

What's even better is a ratchet screwdriver that is even slimmer than that. It's my favorite tool, period.
