Default front bumper removal

im removing my front bumper and headlights tonight to go into the shop in the morning. was reading a DIY on this but had a question....do you HAVE to take your front wheels off? or can you work around this. and if someone could point me in the right direction of a better DIY tutorial than i had found, it would be greatly appreciated

Just did it the past weekend. Unless your arm is super doper skinny or triple jointed, you'll have to take the wheel off. It's not that much work to take the wheel off...

Not true.

Just turn your wheel all the way to the right when doing the left side, and all the way to the left when doing the right side.
Pull back the plastic cover and use a 10mm with an extension to remove the 3 bolts from each side holding the bumper next to the headlight. You need to remove 2 10mm bolts holding the bottom piece to access it easily and be able to pull it back. There will be about 6 more up front as well that you need to remove because it attaches the bumper to the splash guard.
Then the 6 clips from the top of the bumper (open the hood), use a flathead and pull the inside halfway out to pull the whole thing out.

Should take you less than 10 min.

yea its really easy to do. I would just take the wheels off when I did it and take down the plastic liner for ease.
