Default LED Bulbs from superbrightLEDs.com

okay so has anyone ever heard of LED bulbs burning out? apparantly these things are rated to 10,000 hours.

i installed them 1,300 miles ago, and one of my buddies told me last night that my license plate bulb was flickering. pull the unit down in a parking lot and realize that 2 out of 5 of the leds on the bulb had burned out, and the other three were flickering and about to die on me.

So now the question. has anyone else ever had this problem? how good are they on there garauntee?

I realllly like the look of those LEDS in my LP, but i dont have the time or patience to be spent on changing LP bulbs every 1,300 miles. what should i do?

I have heard of the LED's from Superbright burning out. After hearing some stories I switched to Varad and have been happy.

its not worth it to me.

i gotta mail back the faulty bulb along with a copy of my invoice (which i have to track down) and then they will send me a new one, only so that i can install this one, and in 2 months, it too will be flickering and dying.

im going to get varads i think. or else go back to stock bulbs. cuz as much as i love LEDS, flickering looks way worse than stock bulbs

I've only used Varad on the interior for the overhead light and accent footwell lighting. I had some superbrights under my seat but they failed after a couple months. The Varad's are going strong and are brighter.
