In the photo it looks off. But sun and lighting and angles have a crazy effect on colors. Does it look dead on in some light and not in others? Does the other side do the same thing. If they both react the same in different light then it's probably OK. But, if you turn the car around and expose both sides to the same lighting (sun) conditions and one side looks OK and the other not, then you may have a problem. Did they come painted or were they painted after you received them?

Metallic silvers (such as Silverstone) have different "throws" of gray depending upon the angle, due to the metallic flake and the mix of colors that make Silverstone. The surface being painted effects the throw, so it will be nearly impossible to get an exact match between two different applications of Silverstone on different surfaces, as even the color of the primer coat can effect the throw.

Actually what I've heard from some good body shops is that the paint absorbs differently when comparing it on metal to plastic. I have a silverstone and in some pics, the front bumper looks different than the hood and front quarter panels, and that's from the factory. You'll never get a complete match.

Funny you should mention this....That is the very reason why I didn't purchase a PPW Z. When I looked at it up closer (brand new on the lot), I could definitely tell which pieces were metal compared to the polyurethane. Wasn't so obvious on the DB, so that's what I got.
And in my opinion....it needs a lip because it looks kind of off without one. Lower sideskirts with a higher front and rear end...not so good. Just like adding bumpers without the side skirts....looks like dookie. As stated....this is my opinion.
