Subscribed and really interested... black powdercoat would be cool.
Now for the time-killing and, for me at least, very educating questions of a n00b in harness bars, harnesses and stock leather seats :
Well, I do not know if I really want to change my seats for Bride/Sparco/etc. buckets that have the obvious aftermarket advantages of being able to fit whatever harness you throw at them. Maybe in the future at some point.
That being said, the questions:
1. What multipoint harnesses would be able to fit on the regular stock seats? Looking forward to be able to keep the seats and fit something like a center buckle with a 4 point belt... like this one, but black: http://www.sparcousa.com/pharness_comp.asp?id=577
2. What happens with the stock seatbelts? Any issues with replacing them? Sensor bypassing or any other works required?
3. Any other things you really need to be aware of?
I know it sounds basic, but please humor me on this one, I really want to learn a little bit and hopefully walk away with some more knowledge of the true depth of this kind of change.
Thanks!
Carlos Ch.

You can definitely keep your stock seat belts, with or without an aftermarket seat.
