Default Installing Veilside V1 sides

So I bought some veilside sides recently and would like to install them. I tried to do it the other day only to discover that the bolts for my side skirts that need to go through the new v1 sides and also through the side skirts were took short to do this. Is there a good place to buy longer side skirt bolts or has anyone else run into this problem? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

Bring the screw to home depot if you lazy you can ask the salesperson if he or she can help you find the correct thread if not just find a nut that will screw unto the stock screws.

On the rears I used only 1 stock screw inner (middle of the three holes) on each side and used home depot screws on the outers. The stock can be used I think, but I wasn't comfortable using them with only a couple of turns so I bought the other screws. If you can find the screws I still have some left over PM me I'll send it over. For the fronts I think I used the stock ones I don't really remmember.

Did you get genuine veilsides? I had to keep replacing mine until I had a set which I was content with. All of them were Genuine Veilside: 1st set I got was CF outside blank inside and was too thick. 2nd set I got was way thinner and better quality, but still had flaws. 3rd set was the one with the quality I was content with.

Sounds like a trip to the 'depot is in order.

I have a genuine lip, but bought these replica sides because they came painted my color. They look to be good quality, they weigh a little more than I expected, but they should work.

Just out of curiosity, do these pre painted parts match perfect for you?
I would imagine they would be hit and miss.
