Arrow how to roll up my windows with remote

how do you roll up your windows with remote, i get them to go down by holding the unlock button but it would be cool if they closed too.

It is not programmed to roll up.

Think I've seen a thread on here about how to program roll-up but not sure

you need to stick it up your *** and squeeze REALLY hard (it takes a couple tries to get it right).

but I just haven't figured out how to start the car afterwards.
