I just got myself an oem spoiler for my 350z how do I install it? do I have to drill holes to the trunk?

Not if you don't want to. I just dremelled off the studs. and use a little more 3M tape for the lip spoiler. Didn't have a problem. If you got the NISMO Type I'd bolt it to the deck like I did with my G35 Spoiler. I think there is too much pressure on those to risk seeing your spoiler go flying off down the road.

If you plan on over 100mph runs a lot. I would bolt any of the spoilers to your deck just to make sure.

Spoilers can kill if they go flying off and that wouldn't be too fun in court.
