If anything, he should send replacements to everyone who bought the first batch. Hell, I'd even pay for shipping, again.

 

I called and spoke with Eric tonight at Bavaria and explained to him that I was involved with the group purchase on Nismo spoilers about 1-1/2 months ago. I have not altered the spoiler in any way.
I asked that he replace my current poor fitting spoiler with one of the newer spoilers that includes the mounting package (that mine never came with). I figured that this would be an opportunity for Bavaria to demonstrate a gesture of good business- by keeping the customers happy and satisfied. He said that he will speak to his partner and call me back.
So I await his call

I am waiting too, although I already installed mine just bugging the hell out of me, it looks good from a distance but I start making excuses before people get within 2 feet. We will see how they handle this debacle as business men, the spoilers should have never been shipped putting us in the possition of having to deal with refunds or shipping them back.

 

Is this the same kit that Gruppe-S is selling?

 

So since it is guaranteed, this means any poor-fitting pieces may be returned for refund right ? hmmmm?

 

i think guarenteed bavaria quality means "guarenteed poor fit," in which case you won't be able to return a poor-fitting part since it was guarenteed beforehand that it would fit poorly

Keep in mind that the wing from Gruppe-S is listed at $299. I'm still not sure if it's the same wing, but that one has had no fitment issues anybody is aware of.

 

Can you guarantee the spoiler will fit well? Besides the fitment were there any other quality issues? Can you give me the $195 deal shipped to NY, if so i will purchase today.

 

ok heres the deal, Gruppe S has both the copy and the real thing. NOTE: The copy is not the same as the Bavaria one. I bought the one from Bavaria and it was realy bad so I returned it an got one from Gruppe S. The Gruppe S wing was already primed and ready to paint. No need for prepping. It even came with a mounting kit which Bavarias did not. Also there are only four screws in the Gruppe s wing compared to six in the Bavaria wing. If you are considering a nismo copy, go with the Gruppe S you will not regret it. I will post pics when I can get a digital camera. Cheers RED.


So whats the deal? Does yours look exactly the same as the Gruppe S one? If so and your willing to sell it for $195 shipped, and you say there are no more problems, im willing to buy. If not i guess its worth it to spend the $100 more on a better product?
