just have a bodyshop drill holes for you....since they got the most experience. have it drilled so no one can steal it or falling off during high speeds or launching

I have to disagree. That spoiler looks sweet. I'd like to see a full picture of a Z with that wing on it.

I haven't checked into wings because I don't own a Z yet. I'm just the resident poser here on my350z.com

To answer the question. No, too much downforce imo. Plus, you don't want to have it fly off and hurt someone. The small factory one in barely small enough to get away with this. I would be afraid that one would just come off after a few months.

It's OK man, just drill the deck.
If you decide to go back to stock later you can just fill the holes.

I have that spoiler and I drilled the holes to mount it...very easy to do. The kit should come with everything that you need.

i would look into Adhesive 143 for this if you don't want to drill holes. Its an automotive adhesive that body shops have, and is VERY strong. The removal of the wing would require heating it to about 400+ degrees to soften the adhesive. Ask a body shop about this for more information since im not a professional body man. I just know that they used this adhesive on my CF roof, so it doesnt blow off

Dont drill hole. YOu have to get 3M VHB tape. THese are the best tape out there. Dont even try to get those gray 3m tape from pepboys or walmart. They don't work.

Here's the post the I talk about and there's a link from website to buy the tape: https://my350z.com/forum/exterior-and-interior/265512-help-where-to-get-3m-vhb-tapes.html

I have to disagree, I have this spoiler also and it was a biotch to install. The holes may or may not be pre-drilled for you but if they are not they your screwed because you can't just drill holes in the bottom of the spoiler. You have to put some type of cork or helicoil in there to hold the bolt you use to screw it down. For sure its sweet but don't sleep on the install. If the holes are pre-drilled in the spoiler then hopefully they match the holes on the decklid and your off and running.
