industrial 3m tape is pretty strong, before removal use hair dryer to warm it up to avoid getting a hernia.
It will not damage the paint. Just be careful taking it off.
I had a Wings West kit on one of my Integras wayyy back in the day. It was held on by 3m. I took it off pretty easily when I sold the car. No marks either.
I think I heated it up a little and used some of the goof off crap

Is everyone ordering from the same place? I REALLY want to get this spoiler but I'm not going to pay $400 from the dealer to do so.
What's the best price/service/location people are getting this OEM spoiler from?
Thanks!!!!

ps- the 3M tape is extremely strong. I used it to hold on side skirts on an Audi. Never had a problem.

I jsut got my spoiler from spoiler depot.com after hearing good reviews. You do not need to drill because it comes pre taped.
I am not too happy with it though. There are tons of lumps on it. Like ameteur just sculpted it. There where small scratches on it and there was a corner that has major small little bubbles. This was all on the out side! The under part (where peeps cant see after its installed) has tons of imperfections and fingure prints. It doesnt really matter but it tells about their lack of craftsman ship and attention to detail. I put it on anyways. Cant stand the friggen lumps though. Color match was good.

I have tried twice with the 3M Industrial Tape and both times the part facing the rear window pops up. This is an OEM Spoiler with I removed the bolts as I dont want to drill holes in my freshly painted Z. Any hints why it keeps doing this. Its still stuck on there and pretty strong just cant stand seeing the tape and gap on the window side. Any ideas?

did you wipe the surface down with alchohol wipes to clear the surface of any oils prior to taping it down?
you have to attach the tape and hold it down for a few minutes to make sure its bonding. if there is a gap. double up on the tape on both sides. then press the sticky ends together..
