Arrow Dang it.

I just removed my front Z emblem. It diddn’t take very long. I just used a hair dryer, rubber tipped kitchen utensil and some goo-be-gone.

Ok so, I am replacing it with the carbon fiber Z but I didn’t realize that the front has three metal “guide pins” for the OEM hamburger lol my bad. I am ticked because I wanted to get this on tonight.

I really don’t have anything to grind these pieces down with so the new emblem may sit flush with the bumper and have the adhesive at its optimal level. What is the best way to go about this?

I think I am going to take it to my body shop tomorrow asap after work because I need the car for the weekend and would prefer not to drive around without the emblem.

Any thoughts?

Crack them of with an exacto knife. Do you really need to take your car to the body shop to get an emblem installed?

Default No...

I really don't thanks. I just didn't want to crack the bumper in the process. I was just asking for advice. Thanks for your input.

I used an exacto knife also to slice off the portruding plastic guide. It'll just take you a couple of minutes to do it.

How about some pics of this mod? Just wondering if it's the same CF Z emblem that I installed for both front & rear of my Z?
