i hate wings....does that mean that i should think that everyone with a wing is a ricer? that seems be what some people are saying....that if you don't like it, it is rice. true, there are some aftermarket tail lights that look like crap, but it all depends on what direction you are going with your car. I do not have the 06 LED lights, but I do have LED lights that are blacked out....why would i pay the high price and then black them out when i got what i want at 1/3 the price. to each their own.......

 

and right after i posted this, i realized that the guy in post #39 said the same thing at the end....lol

 

Not feeling the aftermarkets, but also think the JDM are worth $400 dollars either! Still might get the JDM's though!

 

 

tip the hat douche boy keep it up. The leds do light up in a circle like the G35 does, just hadn't taken a picture of it at night to show it.

honestly I DONT like the bubble, no one does, but I dealt with what it looks like, the wing covers the side of the bubble anyways.

and for the whiner complaining about the mixup 2-tone, thats because I got into a car accident and they had to repaint the whole bottom half of the car. My roof is dented currently so I was waiting to have the roof fixed and repainted to have the tops of the doors and fenders repainted all together at once so they are all fresh and matching

once again the threadf is for the original poster, let him make up his mind, if he liked the ones in his link let him get them. I won't hate on him for making up his own mind and choosing whatever he likes the best.


-tat_350 not all aftermarket lights leak. I have had mine for a few months now and notice no leaks, if that was your concern, i was just letting you know. I haven't seen any of the sets my friends have ever bought leak either.

 

i always thought that those lights wouldn't look to bad if they didn't actually stick out. the "3-d" aspect is what ruins them and puts them in the rice section for me.

to be honest its true about most of the after market tails for most of the cars out there i went thru 3 diff pair of after market tails for my celica and same problem with all three. they didnt look bad but they either leaked or the clear started cracking or would fog up. the way most of them are made its designed to be cheap but someof them do look nice so take a chance if you dont care about the quality and like how it looks go ahead.
