Front Parking Light Replacement?

I could use some help on how to get to this bulb. I don't have a factory owners manual and I couldn't locate a Chilton's or Hayne's manual anywhere around town today.

Okay, I think I found the answer. I have to remove the fender liner and tire and I'll be able to reach it.
