its a similar "carbon look" pattern used on the optional front bumper center finisher nissan offers
it also looks like its similar to the magnetic black color because of the gold metallic tint

the original owner probably just sent the pieces off to be printed and installed by a company in the original box he bought the center consol from nissan in. If the dude worked for nissan he probably just got a second console instead of uninstalling his factory one... No mystery here lol...
