OK so the drivers side mirror bracket is broken off right at the bend, just where it goes into the attachment on the door...

As of now i have scowered the net trying to find a replacement mounting bracket of some kind but found nothing!

the mirror and its motor is in working order i just need the plastic piece it sits on!!!

I called my local dealership who wants 450$ plus labor to replace the WHOLE thing, and then it won't be painted!!!!!!! that will end up being about 600$ they said!!!!! NOOOO WAY!!!

please anyone with a compass point me in the right direction!!!
