and save the airbags......

If you want to go aftermarket, a lot of retailers like leatherseats.com and katskinz include a seam that the airbags can break through.

I got OEM leather seats on my touring but no side airbags...

I have OEM leather with side air bags, but I think you would probably have to get them at the stealership. Best bet is after market.
