I dont know what the hell happened but I was out and about today went to the mall and locked my door like normal with the keyless, When I come back I find that I cant unlock the door anymore, it makes the sound but doesnt seem to kick back enough to engage the handles.
Anyone know how the hell I can get the door unlocked? Is there a mechanism that I can slide a coat hanger down in there to try and grab onto? This is damn rediculous, I have to exit via the passenger door!!
Pictures, Ideas etc all welcome. Im kinda stumped here.
Also when I try to use the key it will turn but will hit a point and then I have to force it which causes the whole handle to move out a bit.

The thing is totally locked shut
cant open from inside outside nothing, it will lock forward just fine, but wont unlock quite enough i can clearly see a difference in the little lock compared to the passenger side im gonna see if I can take it apart somehow or atleast expose the mechanism.

hey, just saw this thread. Same thing happened to me a few months ago. Turns out the linkage popped out of the lock a little, and after a swift hit to the door panel, it fell back into place.
I would recommend that you take off the door panels and make sure all the clips are still in place so that this doesn't happen to you again. In my case, one of my retaining clips had come off which is what caused the problem.

My door does this sometimes if you either pull the handle to quickly or the lock is not engaged all the way (even though it will still not open. Typically if I re lock the doors and then unlock it again it opens up fine.
