Default I need opinions on these seats

Hey guys im considering these seats, personally I just want red leather seats, and I have no need for bride's, recaro's, etc. since im still in school and can't afford them. I feel like these are still better than the stock black cloth seats I have in the Z now. I am not a big ebay shopper so not too sure on how it all works relating to reliability, customer service, etc.. I came across these and was wondering how they'd look in my ppw Z.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SENTR...spagenameZWDVW

anyone got these installed in their Z?

$30,000 car + $3,000 rims meet $100 seats.

they are going to feel like **** ... simply because they are **** material UNDER the leather. you aren't going to like it, just going to tell you that. preferbably, don't get it, you will find yourself putting ur stock seats right back in.

+1. but then again, the OP says he doesn't have too much money, but it shouldn't be too much than buying these ones ... you might as well spend the extra couple hundred to re-upholster, so that you don't have extra seats sitting around.

if you can't afford to do it correctly, don't buy some ****ty knockoff because that's all you can afford.

I wouldnt trust those.

total = $260 including shipping?

just save a few hundred more and get the stocks covered. Or periodically there's people in the classifieds selling stock seats.

good point, but those extra seats could also be sold, i see them going for around 300 obo over in the private sales.

also, aren't those cheap seats, just upholstered generic "racing" seats.

Why ask if you are just going to do it anyway? If you had just gone and done it, at least no one could say "I told you so" when you post them up for sale in a few months.

Whatever you do, keep the stock seats, you'll want them later.

Yeah if you get those keep your stocks. Personally I think they are ugly, but if you look around you can find some Sparco's for a little more money, and if you wanna be a baller you could get some Bride's.
