Default A little help... Thanks

I have two questions: 1st, can you change the brushed aluminum pieces on the stearing wheel (the ones that surround the cruise control buttons) mine are all scratched up, and I'm looking for an alternative. I've seen people that have carbon fiber on them, is it just a sticker? 2nd, how much does it usualy cost to get rotors and pads changed all the way around? Dealer wanted $250. Thanks for any help.
