Its possible from there, undo the bolt there, you can pull the light forward slightly. But you need to have small hands. Its possible, thats how I replaced mine.
Or you can jack the car up and remove the splash guard -- I believe this is what PowerZ is referring to.
Hope that helps.

Damn nissan and their tight engine space. Removing the fender is a crap load, have to remove those screwes, then yank fender down, then reach through bottom car, but then again, my hands are too big to just reach into that hole. That corner of plastic is what is blocking my hand.. Maybe I should cut that piece off! haha.. damit.
Ricky, put yur car up on stands then remove those plastic splash guards that sit below your headlights, you should have enough room to get it from there.
POWERZ, I tried replacing the reverse bulbs, if you remove the tail lamps, you can reach down and access the bulbs (at least on the passenger side).

dsmal - you're right, you can access the rear combo lights from the tail light opening. I couldn't get to the front signals from the top though and had to remove the fender wells. Check out my lights HERE.
Alright, well after about 40 minutes of playing with the turn signals, finally got them in!
My hand couldn't reach inside there, so this is what I did...
1) Losen the single 10mm bolt, this will give about 3-4mm of more working space (every mm helps)
2) Reach in and take the bulb out.
3) Use something long, I used a screwdriver and poke around gently untill you get the bulb facing up towards you.
4) Reach in and gently get the bulb and pull up, then use your other hand to hold the base of the bulb area, and gently pull the bulb out, make sure to pull it stright up, not sideways!
5) Take your new bulb and hold it by the base of the bulb and gently push it in. Try not to touch the glass, but it shouldn't do anything if you do. You might have to push hard. I shaved my bulb base a tad with a knife to get it in slightly easier.
*** If you use these exact same bulbs, I couldn't get the bulb completely in, but it was in abuot 95%. Didn't hear a click, but I figured it should be okay, so don't worry too much if you can't get it in all the way ***
6) Push bulb back down gently with the screw driver.
Now the tricky part...
7) Using your screw driver and your handle, gently and slowly try to angle the bulb so it will go inside the hole for the turn signal. Try not to let the bulb touch any metal!! This will take about 15 minutes to do so.
8) Once it's in, use your hands to push it in all the way, and twist till it's locked in.
And repeat for 2nd turn signal!

They are Cycolite (brand), size: 7440 , but I felt it was slightly too large, so I shaved it a little bit with a knife. Style, they are all one style, a glass bulb, and a base.. haha.
I bought mine at http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...&category=33717
