Default Rear diffuser help

I recently got in my Top Secret rear diffuser and of course no instructions were included. I am trying to figure out where the brackets that were provided mount to as well as the other mounting points.

If anyone has pictures of how theirs is mounted it would be very helpful, thanks in advance!

there's a huge thread on the diffuser. next time please use search.

some picts that i took that might help you

look at the placement of the silver hanger/brackets.

good luck with install. having a friend hold in place to mark the holes for the side pieces is helpful.

I see you had to re-locate that damn smog box too LOL

So what exactly are those metal brackets bolted to? I assume the 3 hole carbon ones just line up with the bumper and you have to drill for those correct?

Thanks for the help!

You don't relocate the evap canister unless you have a Greddy system.

The two metal brackets bolt to existing parts of the car. The three hole carbon pieces drill into the rear bumper.

With the amuse exhaust it hits that box as well so it had to be relocated on my car as well.

Here is a pic of where it is hitting:

If you have the Amuse, you will have to cut the diffuser to make it fit.

If you remove the cover on the evap, you shouldn't have to move it.

Did you just put some heat wrap on it after you took off the cover then?
