Default Price for Nissan Bumper and paint $700 good?

Need to replace the front bumper. I was quoted $300 for the bumper and $400 labor. $700 total, is this a fair price?

Is this a recommended and trustworthy shop? Have you seen their work?

A $700 job done well is better than a $500 job done poorly.

Very true but I have never seen their work. They are a large shop but how difficult is it to paint a new bumper?

You will pay anywhere from 300-400 to repaint a bumper, at least decently.

$300-$500 is a normal range depending on the work they do. Ask to look at some just painted work they've just done I guess...

I bought a 06 sentra bumper for $100 and had it painted for $265 lass than 6 months ago.

Are you looking for the V1? If so you can send me a PM.

For the V2 or even the V3 =), we can order those from Japan.

Actually painting silver takes a bit of more precaution.

If you want an original OEM NEW bumper, you'll need to order it from the parts department from a local Nissan dealserhip.

Depends on the color and prep time involved.

Some colors (like PPW) are difficult to match.

a brand new bumper skin shouldn't cost that much. Should be somewhere around $100-$200.

The bumper is $300 which is the retail price from Nissan's website and I am being charge $400 for the prep, removal, paint, clear, installation of the new one. I think I'm just gonna do it and get it over with.
