^Quan has/had an Asuka hood which is vented. The hood has two matching large vents (you can see one in the pic) and thats were to hook was installed.

Actually I believe Quan did cut a slot in his hood for it to go through.

Quan no longer has his Z ( i think ) it's been long de modded.

come on now, you know not to bump seriously dead threads.

as for the strut bar tow, its seriously the last resort. if you get towed at the strut, you're going to tweak the frame, espially if its a crane lift.

I actually purchased Quan's old hood and tow hook many years ago and as far as I recall it was a Nagisa evo tow hook like the one in the link that had been cut. I do not know if he had to make the holes bigger but it lined up perfectly.

Ahhhh Cheston show me some love! I just like the look of the tow hook through the hood. Now that I know it can be done with that Nagisa hook, I plan on doing it I think.

Hahaha Thanks bruddah! I see it for sale on Evasive and through More-Japan for the same price. I'm gonna hit up my guy at Vivid today though and see what he can get if for if I order some Nagisa seat rails together with it.
