Default 3M Clear Bra "Opinions"

I'm getting my new 07 Touring next week.
I was sent to a tint shop to get clear bra.
What's your opinions far as price?

Hood & back of mirrors $383.92
Front bumper $479.92
Headlights $125.00
Retail total: $988.84

-25% Final price is $741.63 + tax.

Seems like a lot of $ to me but I haven't a clue?

DON'T DO IT! Buy the pre-cut genuine 3M kit on eBay for $175. An install shouldn't cost more than $200. I got quoted $175 for install.

Absolutely +1 to Arnold K's reply. Be mindful, however, that while a clear bra will protect againt stone chips, etc., even a high quality clear bra will leave visible lines over time as to where it starts and stops- for example, on large surfaces such as hood and fenders. So, if your clear bra covers only 40% of the hood, you will eventually see a demarcation line. This is also true as to how high on the fenders it goes. (the front bumper is totally covered) Long story short, there seems to be no easy, cheap,or totally effective way to keep the stone magnet of a Z's front end pristine.

Got mine cut and sent to my door. Just looking for an affordable and legit installer that can drive to my house and install it here. I don't want to risk driving it off and having some chips on my bumper. Anyone recommend a mobile installer that will drive up to the HD in Socal?

I did my 06 myself, paid ~$300 for the whole thing... (hood, fenders, front bumper, mirrors, door protectors, and headlights).
